I started to post NeL roster issues but will wait until the game is out and time permits to look beyond the '22 season...

Arizona Complex League (ACL) has two Diamondbacks teams making 19 teams in the league.

The real ACL has only 18 teams with one D-Backs team.

A few things I saw with the Yomiuri Giants of ***:

Cristopher Crisostomo Mercedes name doesn't fit in the player tile on the field when you play games out in 3D. Recommend it be C.C. Mercedes as it is displayed in Japan or just cut it off somehow. It is distracting when it bleeds outside the tile.

Justin Smoak is no longer with the team.

Takuya Kuwahara starts the game on the IL with 8 months remaining. He is not injured in real life. In fact, he pitched today.

Game has a player listed as Ryusei Oe but the *** site lists it as Ryusei Ohe and that is how it is written on his jersey. Though the name can be written in English both ways usually the person with the name makes the final determination...sort of like Otani vs Ohtani; you will see people with both English versions.

Sounds great. I really appreciate all the work you guys do especially for the leagues that are not played as much. Found one I forgot to mention.

Shoichi Inoh (the spelling on his jersey) vs Ino in game.

There may be more but those are guys who are likely to make the main roster and play this year so that is who I focused on.

One thing about the names, we do kind of try to keep them somewhat standardized in the db over exactly matching what might be on the jerseys. With Oe, there was only one other guy in the db with that name, so I just changed both to be spelt as Ohe.

With Ino/Inoh, I see there are only two as well. But then I also like to consider standardizing with all the other similar names that end in o and can end with an 'oh' too. Or even just have it somewhere in the name if not ending in 'oh'.

So it starts to get complicated quickly

So not exactly sure what we'll do there, will think about it a little.

The attendance issue definitely needs to be addressed. Also, the Padres start with a budget $25 mil below their payroll. That's not really fair that they miss out on millions in revenue that should be in their for the games they've already played.

The attendance should be fixed soon, as we're now getting that from our stats provider.

Maybe this is a new setting I need to update, but in previous versions a minor league player was injured and out, they were placed on the 7-day IL automatically. None of my players are being placed on the IL and I have to manually do it.

I think this has to do with having the AI manage minor league rosters. It's a setting in your manager options.

I do not see a setting to have AI manage minor league IL. The only change I notice is the addition of a "manage player strategy" setting but I changed that to minor league manager and that did not trigger IL moves.

I'm not against having to make the moves, but wanted to point it out because that could become an issue for many users.

Not sure if this is just happening to me, but the college pitchers in draft classes past 2022 have been unrealistically good. There have been multiple 5 star overall (not potential) college pitchers in both 2023 and 2024 classes for me, and several 2.5+ star pitchers as well. As fun as it is to automatically get an ace if you have a top 5 pick, feel like this should be changed.

They're probably developing too fast while in the draft pool. We'll have to take a look at that.

Having to manage the IL for the minor leagues is starting to get annoying. I don't play any actual games as I prefer to play GM while setting lineups and pitching but let AI play the games. I usually play a week at a time unless an injury or announcement occurs but I am getting no messages when a minor leaguer is eligible to be activated. I only am notified when an injury occurs.

Any way to get this fixed where AI manages the minor league IL like in previous versions?

All the Minor League options under Team Control settings are set to AI?

It's a setting in manager options (minor league promotions/demotions i believe).
