I will never get over this loss. We had the bases loaded twice with no outs and did not score. We had the winning run thrown out at the plate. They had 4 total hits in 10 innings. They hit a walk off homer in 10th. The dream is over and we will not repeat...

The baseball Gods were indeed cruel on this game. You still had a great season and one of the few folks to have a World Series ring. Hope you're in the same AA league next year!

I think we will And I hope you win the Championship. We have been talking all year and I was really hoping I could try and repeat and it would be against you. Now I hope you avenge me against Las Cruces. If they make it and I think they will. I can’t wait to compete against them next year. I will not forget them. Lol.

Thanks. I look forward to facing you in a World Series to come. Your rivalry with Las Cruces is definitely full on.

Nice win. You and Las Cruces are both up 2-0. San Diego is very tough at home. They are 55-26 on the season and 2-0 in playoffs.

Yep. Still anyone's Series. I was up 2-0 last season against Waterloo and still lost the pennant to them. That's why we play a 7 game series...

I saw Markus post that 16 teams from A will advance to AA. I guess we'll be seeing a lot of each other soon ;-)

Great games to watch, guys! Zorro, you could be a textbook example of tough luck, incredible to watch.

Medici and tabasko, what a pity that you are in the same subleague; yours should be the Class-A series. Not to take anything from you, Zorro!

Medici, you are the powerhouse, I expect you to go through this season, you already took your bad luck. The first game of Sub-league series was a nice comeback reminding me of our last season's Division Series (but there you were clearly the stronger one).

Good news (for me) about the 16 teams promoted; I certainly hope to end in the same division with one of you, tops :-D Imagine the division with all four of us!

I agree! Having a division rival is fun- but all 4 of us in the division would be a little much. They wouldn't do that to us would they? *Knock on wood*

No offense taken my friend. We just did not play well enough to be considered in the same conversation as Medici. From the start I knew he would be good. I just thought we would have been more of a force then we were. I gave it my all but.............We lacked heart this year.....

No they couldn’t. Hush. I don’t even want to be in the same conference. Lol.

I will never get over that series. We out score them 20-13 and we lose 3 out of 4. We had so many chances in game 4. I got to give them credit but I will never forget or forgive. Lol......

I wouldn't be surprised if the promoted teams from the same division ended up in the same division again. Then you would have another chance to immediately repay

Allright guys, I have to teach in eight hours, therefore the day and the season are over for me. Looking forward to find out what happened in the morning and to meet you again in Double A!

Good win Tobasko! Keeping the series close!

My ace has given up 5 ER each of his last 3 play-off starts. C'mon Dizzy!

Good job my friend. You made it to the Series. Just 4 wins from a ring. Should be a good series.
