Thanks I definitely enjoy playing close to default settings, but I had heard the term tossed around enough times to wonder if I was missing out on something.

My personnel pics look pretty flat. Players seem pretty highly detailed. I'm on a Mac as well.

Improved 2016 MLB roster sets

This is probably super obvious, but is this just a general ratings update or were there legitimate issues (missing player, incorrect positions, etc)?

It was noted a bit earlier in the thread that the general release tomorrow will include additional fixes.

On Mac, does it usually take extremely long for the game to load up? it's just sitting there on "The game is loading"

I'm on both an iMac and a Mac Book Pro. It runs pretty fast on both. "The game is loading" shouldn't take more than about 30 seconds (ish?).

It's odd, the game just loads and then crashes after a few minutes.

Try to disable your virus scanner, maybe that helps.

League Rules would have the same as what I have for MLB then wouldn't delete International and so on.

Am I crazy? With the original version of the beta, I was able to set myself (GM only) as controlling lineups. Now, with the same settings I can't even have the option? I'd like to keep Molitor as manager but set lineups and pitching staff.

Anyone else having the PC file take fooooorever to download? I started the download hours ago and it's still only at 587/789MB and says it has 2 hours left. I downloaded the setup file in the email for pre-ordering and that finished in a few minutes.

As managers experience adjusts, sometimes they want to take control of lineups.

If you want, there's an option in the global setup that GM-only users can stay in control of lineups - you can enable that to let you still be able to set lineups in GM-only mode

It's at the bottom of the list of minor league teams on the team transactions screen.
