Yeah...I've been playing the league too. There's a few things that I need to correct. I'm going to make the red on Dallas darker. Cincinnati darker, and a full remake of Detroit.

Right now I am starting the 3rd season. So, my guess is about 1 week.

Great to hear. What year are you using for the Quick Start? I started in 1894 to get a flavor of the dead ball era and an thinking about siming to 1946 to capture the post war feeling.

I started in 1930 and simmed 20 seasons. Then I deleted history and started at 1950. The quick start will be at the end of the playoffs in 1959.

Why would you sim 20 years just to delete history?

To make sure that all players with initial creation modifiers are retired when I begin.

Why couldn't you just delete the initial players from the start, and replace them with your modifiers?

There used to be a problem in which players created with the "Big Bang" tended to be vastly different than players created via the draft which caused long-term league-wide talent issues.

I do not know if that has been resolved and I wasn't going to chance it on a league that I spent 6+ months creating.
