I like your tables for Players of the Month. Also, Carlos Rodon is a best in real life and in the game. Nice Pick! I wouldn't mind seeing the 'Stros' record after each series. That would be cool. Good luck!

I'm hoping Rodon is MLB ready next season.

I'd love to have him and Appel as my top 2 pitchers.

Glad you like the tables and I'll be sure to add the standings or something after each series.

A really nice read, it is nice to see you building your team your way. It seems like the Red Sox are in a fire sale, they seem to be trading everyone.

Oh well, I knew this would be a lost cause season, with the hopes of being competitive next season.

Best of luck and keep up the good work. (Re)building the Astros is certainly a challenge. I'm very interested to see what your plans are going forward. I'm having a go at this thing myself and it will be fun to see the differences in strategy.
I do hope you will have more luck with injuries as I have had so far. My Astros have used 13 different starting pitchers before the All-Star Break, mostly due to longterm injuries.

Thanks for following along. It's been a tough season but I think I got the team headed in the right direction. Just need to be patient and let the kids develop.

I wasn't planning on calling up Singleton but his play in AAA really left me no choice.

I'm excited about Rodon, he's done pretty well in A ball in his first few starts. May get him some games in AA before the season ends.

I've been lucky with injuries so far, only really lost Fowler for an extended period.
