League Logo Request Thread - Page 4

That's a big request (gulp). If you want identical logo all throughout the minors with the exception of a notation as to what level it is that shouldn't be too bad. I'm going to play the game for awhile and will come back to this later. This may take a few days but I'll get to you.

Actually I'm a little disappointed in what I made for you. The work that I had last week was much much better. Anyway, I learned one thing for sure working on this for you. Regional leagues are much easier to come up with ideas than wide-spanning leagues.

Also, btw...I took at look at your recent jersey work in that other thread. Very nice stuff in there. I noticed you wrapped that snake tongue behind and in front of the cap logo. Those are tricky because you have to line the layers up just so... They can take a lot of effort.

I love it, so thank you.. yeah I understand the whole wide vs local.. I noticed as I am building the world, and it's more evolving in 4 distinct flavours for each conference, with a final tournament for the EMU title. I am also coming up with more non traditional ideas for the minors.

thanks, for the comments.. the hero/villains Jersey's are interesting, but taking lots of time, especially coming up with an interesting concept. The tongue wrapping was actually not too hard, all I did was draw the Letter layer, make a duplicate of it an put the tongue layer in between. Once this is done, it's was just use of the eraser slowly to get the desired effects, and merge the layers down. (problem was once I decided to move the tongue, all had to be redone... so I left it the way it was (the tongue should have started from the visor....)) ... so next time, work the concept first.... :-)
still that was a full hour of work, vs some of the quick stick a name and change colours on existing jersey, which with PSD now I can do in 10 minutes...
