Click on the licenses tab in your webstore account. You show see three big(ish) graphics, one with the windows logo, one with the mac logo and one with Linux TUX. Click on the one you want, which I am guessing is the windows one.

It should then download the installer onto your computer.

Thank you again. Now for the next problem and I must admit for someone who is pretty intuitive on the computer, this experience has made me feel like a total idiot.

Licensing. How hard should that be? The answer is harder than hard.

I used my TB2.5 order I.D. to license and it didn't like that. So then I tried manual and followed the instructions. I got a license ID that it told me to copy and paste (ha, ha, copy and paste, there is no copy and paste) and I typed it in. It told me the code was no good. I tried that twice and it always no good.

I thought I would try that offline licensing again but it now tells me the page can't be found. Is it me? Have I suddenly become a super-idiot (although some will tell you I've always been an idiot).

I am on the verge of giving up. How can I license the game? How can I access a webpage that it tells me is no longer there. How can I get the old TB2.5 order ID off my TB screen (it won't delete). And tell me, who, who wrote the book of love?

I use a MAC. Your assistance would be appreciated.

I found a serial number under licenses on the PISD site. I entered that and guess what? Nothing happened. So if that is the proper license to enter, it doesn't work for me.

If this is my last message it's because I've probably gone and blown my brains out. Living in China and not being able to simply license a game will do that to you.

I had solved the issue here for not able to logon after trying to acquired 2 licenses ... for some odd reason, my IE wouldn't/couldn't let me see where I need to logged my name and password ... (I was going nuts, for most of the day/night) ... so I went to bed ... this am, I remembered an old trick, awhile back and something Paul had said ... I downloaded a new browser, Google Chrome ... try to logged on ... and there it was, plain as day ... Now, I am a proud owner of the Game and member of the this fine and elite forum ... ... alas, to those who are having this issue, download another Browser ... for whatever the reasons, IE10 was preventing me to download TBCB 2013 ...

Paul, I cannot license the game. I've sent you emails with screen shots showing what happens. I know you're busy and I respect you have other things to do besides service me.

However, if one person has a problem (although I'm probably the only person in China to buy this game), then there is a potential for others to have this problem. Maybe you can learn something useful by helping me.

Of course, if it's hopeless I'll just eat the $10 and not cry about it. I really do try to support these games. To have someone who has worked in I.T. for over 20 years feel like a total moron is quite the accomplishment.

This is not a slam. I do understand these situations. I'm just an impatient guy who hates being ignored.

Sorry for the delay I was alseep In an in a different timezone (British Summer Time) so I will go quiet for a few hours every day... Proplus and coffee only last so long

I have again replied to your email, you poblems are all based around not being able to access my servers. Which is rather strange. However I have a solution for you. With any luck you will be up and running soon...

Once you are, I would like to explore why you can;t access these online services just in case, as you say, others have the same issue.

That's not as dumb as you may think it sounds. There are several sites blocked here without rhyme or reason to the naked eye. You want to see the NY Times? Not in China. You want to watch YouTube? Forget it. You addicted to Facebook? It's probably easier to get cocaine.

I use a VPN so I get around these blockages and my computer looks like it's coming from the U.S. or whatever country I pick. That's why this is so weird.
