New OOTP 12 Patch, Version 12.1.11 Released! - Page 4

I am seeing major problems with the cities/country databases. Apparently Ohio is not in the database and either is Cuba. I am not able to add cities in any of these locations.

Also when trying to add a city such as Cleveland, the only option is Cleveland, Boqueron. Where the hell is Boqueron? , and where is Valley Park, Kirikkale? WTF?

This is an OOTP 11 1952 league that I imported into OOTP 12. I do have the latest OOTP 12 patch installed.

Also, all fictional players seem to be showing up with an East Indian ethnicity.

I looked at the ethnicities.txt file and it does not seem to justify so many East Indians showing up.

I saw the East Indian thing in my league back before this latest patch and I found it is because in the ethnicitices.txt file, there is a missing number, so what I thought was caucasian, was actually east indian. And easy fix.

But still, this version seems to be a bug riddled mess and it is currently collecting dust right now. Haven't touched it in a long while.
