Since we are nearing mid-week, I'm assuming that Markus doesn't mark the start of his week until Tuesday or Wednesday...

Gibson swings, and a fly ball to deep right field! This is gonna be a home run! Unbelievable! A home run for Gibson! And the Dodgers have won the game, 5 to 4; I don't believe what I just saw! I don't believe what I just saw!

Actually, the German calendar starts on Monday I belive. So "early next week" could be Monday, Tuesday, and/or Wednesday and still be before the halfway point of the week.

If I learned anything from C.S. Lewis, it is that Patience is a virtue that too few people have.

Loved the E-mail, hated teh fact that I saw WAR in there now i gotta respect AJ every time he lists WAR, for a non HOF player.

On the positive side loved that it had the Lee signing thing, going to a team for less $$ and being able to convince the owner to spend more like Kenny Williams does with Jerry Reinsdorf.

For me I am dying to see what improvements r made to the player creation and for fictional leagues.

And I forgot which version Markus said this was for but the Stadium creation is what I want. I loved messing around with that when I played MVP 05 before switching to ootp last yr, woulda stayed with MVP 05 had I ever won a game.

Anyone know around what date 12 will come out exactly? when did 11 come out I didnt get 11 til july.

According to OOTP itself, OOTP MLB play (modern and historical) outnumbers OOTP fictional play three to one.

Five thousand thanks for a non-modder? I never thought I'd see the day. Thank you for your support.

Or like asking Bob Nutting for more money? I hope this is where the improved in-game sound effects comes in and the game responds with near hysterical laughter.

I am going to wait for a complete list of features. It looks to me that baseball has taken a back seat to the front office aspect. Unless some amazing feature is added I will pass on this version.

OOTP11 may be just too complete for some to buy other versions.

I send my money in to make sure I support Markus financially. I always get more then my money's worth in the many hours of playing every version that I buy. I would hate to see the OOTP series come to an end because of lack of support.

Same here. I bought Baseball Mogul while in Iraq on deployment and thought it was the shiz...then I got introduced to OOTP and Mogul is a thing of the past. I keep it around for my friends who still haven't made the transition yet...

Anyway, already preordered 12. Looking forward to it.

LOL!! And they will be telling us about the 30 leagues they are playing in simultaneously as they ask about the good old days when Major League Baseball only had 30 teams and only one was outside of the United States.

I would hate to see it come to an end as well but the features I think are important seem to be of no use to most players. Financial and news stories and 'how much can I set my hot dog prices at' are more of what people want. I've bought every version except 1 or 2 and dont have a problem continuing but I'm tired of buying the same game every year with a few tweaks. Show me something substantial and I'll pay. I will pay more if it gets some of the features I want.
