I'll admit that I have not read this entire thread, but if there is still time for suggestions, I would like to add my two cents.

Is there anyway that the "Minor League System Report" can break down starting and relief pitchers? Right now, they are all lumped together, with no differenciation between the many roles (starter/reliever/closer). It would make promotion/demotion of players much quicker for those of us who rely on the opinions of their management staffs when moving players up or down.

You mean just add a sortable column for 'Role' similar to the column for 'Position' that is found for position players?

Same goes for Top Prospects Pitchers.
Minor League Team Contract with a Major League Team is a must because they happening right now in real life like the Ryas just signed a deal with the Jacksonville Suns for 2 years.
