If the sexual harrassment allegations are true it might prove difficult for him to get another broadcasting job. With that track record, even a single incident could result in a nasty lawsuit.

There's nothing wrong with it. Why should the hometown announcers be impartial? National broadcasters need to be impartial. Local guys absolutely do not.

I wouldn't say that I liked him. But I didn't have the same amount of disdain towards him as I do towards Kruk and Phillips. |

I'm pretty sure bulldog was pointing out Scully as an example disproving the statement he was quoting. Dumb and rude, son. Last edited by TC Dale; 07-26-2006 at 04:13 PM. |

"Edited by Admin. -Quoting a warnable post will ALSO get you a warning. Please read the rules as of July 2006, thanks."
Your job requires reading for context. Such a rule is asinine. |

There have been some changes to some of the rules, and we will probably make more changes, and revisions of some rules, but, the quoting of the offending posts was something the folks above wanted reduced.
The rule might be tough, but I know why it was instituted. It is better to PM the mods instead of quoting it, and just reply like you did BlackHatCowboy to the person that posted the offensive post. Hopefully we can revisit some of these after things have slowed down and make some changes, but for now the responsibility remains with the poster to make sure their post is within the guidelines for now.
