Seattle doesn't have a chance.

Although I'm curious how the Bears/Panthers thread wound up going here.

That's a pretty strong statement. While I would not be surprised if Washington wins by 10, I would also not be surprised is Seattle wins by 17. This game is pretty evenly matched. Of course, Washington will muster more than 120 yards against Seattle, but Seattle is a good team. I know they had the easiest schedule in the NFL this season, but they're pretty pumped, and Alexander is the MVP (because of TDs, OF COURSE ).

I think all 4 of the divisional games will be close. The only no brainer to me is New England, but even there, a no brainer is impossible.

I was just joking around since jax was saying he was upset about the "no chance" thing and then he and theraven were talking about that kind of thing. I think Seattle has the best chance to win the game and probably will. I think the safest bet on a strict who will win basis is Indianapolis, although I think Pittsburgh potentially matches up well with them (I'd still like someone to try to just run the ball down Indy's throat for four quarters). And it's not like I'm saying "Indy will win this game," just they probably have the best chance. Even that's not all that high in my mind. I agree, I think all four games are tough to call.

Sorry my sarcasm radar must be broken pretty badly.

Yeah, all 4 games are going to be awesome. Wash/Sea looks solid, Chicago/Carolina might be the game of the weekend. I'm scared for Indy, just because Pittsburgh is playing with revenge on the mind. And NE/Denver could be the sleeper for game of the year.

Back on the first page, Jax started in with his Redskins and it just carried over from there apparently.

This is how I want the division round to go.

Redskins beat Seahawks again.
Bears beat Panthers again.
Patriots beat Broncos for revenge.
Colts beat Steelers again.

Then for the conference title games:
Redskins beat Bears again.
Patriots beat Colts in the playoffs again.

That way the Redskins can play the Patriots in the Super Bowl. The Redskins own the Patriots.

Nobody owns another team. People who say a team has owns another team furiate me. No way New England had a chance against St. Louis. No way Texas has a chance against USC. No way Penn State will beat Ohio State. No way Detroit beats LA Lakers. It is stupid and ignorant to say a team owns another team.

BINGO! I said this weeks ago that Seattle wouldn't win their first round game. I didn't care who they played as its easy to win the division when you are "given" six wins against Arizona, San Francisco, and St. Louis.

Btw, that is another thing that fruiates me is people saying other teams own other teams. The Patriot fans have done it the most lately with the "We own the Colts". So I decided to use it against them.

Playing a weak schedule doesn't make a team bad. The Bears didn't exactly face murderer's row.

Colts own the Patriots this year though. They beat them and are undefeated against them.

But I'd cheer for New England against Indy though, just to keep up the "Peyton can't win the big one" talk, along with the talk about a team owning him. That kind of stuff just makes me smile.

I would believe you if it was possible the Bears could beat the Patriots two times in a row.

They wouldn't be in a row though. They have that break in between. (That's still a clutch post though.)

Whenever I see the name Portis, it always makes me think of an animal, like there should be an animal called a portis. Maybe a cross between a porpoise, a tortoise, and a platypus. That'd be a weird creature. If we ever find one, I'll make sure to lead the charge in getting it named a portis.

Many of you guys must not have been paying attention when I brough this up the first time.

Are you reading? I need to make sure you're paying attention...

The Bears will keep the Carolina offense scoreless. The problem is, the Bears defense can't keep Grossman from scoring 14 points for Carolina.

Carolina is going to win 17-3, 14 points scored by their defense. Chicago will get 3 points on a 3 and out following a Foster fumble on his own 33.

The Redskins will have more total offense than Seattle this Saturday...
