Thanks for these fighters Chris.
I apologise for not visiting lately, but I joined a band as their bass player and have had no spare time. However, I had a Carpal Tunnel Operation on my left (fretting) hand yesterday and now I have a truckload of time as I can't play, I can't work and can't drive for a while. Cheers, Shane.

For what it's worth, I packaged up another 180 or so Asian and Oceania fighters for posting at Cornerwork.
If you have been downloading from this thread, the pack will be redundant. Thanks again for maintaining the site Mark!

All the photos in this thread prior to this post have been re-filed in the photos forum. If you post a new photo here, please be sure to post a duplicate in the proper folder (by decade of debut) over there as well. This way, future and current board members will be able to more easily locate the photo that you made an effort to find and re-size. Thank you! ************************************************** **

In my obsessive search for more depth and color in my own universe, I came across a great site for the 15th Asian games held this past December. They have scant bios, records and pics for all 200 (or so) fighters that competed. The countries represented are rather under-represented in my universe so I decided to create files for all of them.
I established a template for fighters based on their ultimate placement in the tournament. The ratings are guess-work though I did run a bunch of tourneys in the auto-scheduler to make sure that they shake out essentially as they did in the Asian Games. However, the super heavyweight that placed seventh at the games will be rated essentially the same as the Jr Flyweight that placed seventh. These are just universe fillers, so I am not going to go beyond that with these ratings. Each fighter will have a Photo, year of birth, hometown, height, weight and a brief bio concerning how they fared at the games. I will post the first set of files and pics tonight (17 Jr Flyweights) The countries represented are: Afghanistan China India Iran Iraq Jordan Japan Kazakhstan Kyrgyzstan North Korea Saudi Arabia Kuwait Laos Lebanon Macao Malaysia Mongolia Nepal Pakistan Philippines North Korea Qatar Sri Lanka Syria Thailand Tajikistan Turkmenistan East Timor Taiwan United Arab Emirates Uzbekistan Vietnam Christopher
