I want to see the Cubs win the World Series now.
My one gripe at this point is.... WHO GIVES A DAMN ABOUT SARA WOOD? I'M TIRED OF SEEING THIS WOMAN ON MY TV. F_CK!!! THEN SEEING ALL BASEBALL PLAYERS' WIVES' CLUB AFTER THE WIN WAS TOO MUCH!!! GEEZ!! My wife thinks it's totally hiliarious how upset this makes me. Am I being silly? |

Having a wife at the ballpark is one of the many intangibles Wood had in his favour last night, and was probably more important than his actual stuff. Mike Hampton's wife was enjoying the good schools at Denver, and thus could not be present. As none of the rest of the Braves have wives, girlfirends or even family to speak of, the balance was definetly in favour of a Cubs win.
Kurt Warner's wife, however, is not clutch. |
