That's true although when White came of the DL he had a good streak of games going on for a bit.

Nevin is a much better pickup than someone like Batista. He has been solid while with the Cubs, and provides actual power without striking out every single at-bat. Historically, he crushes lefties, which would be nice in our lineup.

He has hit pretty well. I saw him with Texas and he played pretty well. I think the real reason they got rid of him was because of that Botts kid. Hes huge.
