We are 4-2 vs the Batmen this season.

Other than Forbes & Nebraska, the rest of the offense is struggling. They have next to no power outside of Forbes. Aubuck has been great but the rest of the rotation is struggling. Their pen is really good except for The Penguin.

With Comiskey Park going down for the season i recalled LHP Wrigley Field but i have a pending offer for a RHP FA.

4-3 this week. 7-3 in June. We swept Gotham City which helped and we are on a 4 game winning streak. Tough 3 games vs Willowbrook for the division lead, a travel day then 3 games @ Lake Venus to close out the week.

Still trying to figure out roles for Rooster and Wrigley. Rooster in 2 IP is struggling so far. He'll be great at some point. Wrigley should be as well but I don't want to carry 3 LHP relievers. I have a pending offer to RHP Cecil Carr but i am in a bidding war with Atlanta.

I changed the depth chart up a bit and the order. Todd will platoon more often with Doug at 2b. every 3 games vs both RHP & LHP. I moved Milton up from 8th to 7th vs LHP. Milton will also see more action in LF vs RHP.

Player Spotlight

RP Wrigley Field L/L #11
Wrigley is part of the 120 or so Ewoks that i was lucky enough to pick a name for as an honorary members of the Bright Tree Village Ewoks following the Battle of Endor. Wrigley is one of just a handful of Ewoks born outside of what is know Ewok territory. Wrigley is a crafty LHP. He reminds me a bit of Scott Radinsky, so i am very high on him. Griff is a FA after this season. Most likely Wrig will replace him at the back end of the pen.

3 games vs Warriors.
We are 1-3 vs Willowbrook this season.

We trail the Warriors by .5 games so if we take 2 of 3, we will be in good shape. Their offense is middle of the pack in the Al but have some superstars in Black, Toro & Clinch. Rotation is having a great year 1-5. Tina Jo Orban has a 0.41 ERA in 22 IP.Noland is great but the rest are weak. Mark Gee - 7.50, Dostie 6.15, Hayani - 4.58.So if we can knockout the SP, we are in good shape.

The Cheetahs in most season are a competitive team that with just a little bit of luck had the potential to capture the NL West. this year, they couldn't be any further from a contender. Their 2 best hitters in Porter & Casanova are both having off years. The rest of the offense is weak. The have a solid rotation but none of them are doing well. Their pen has some bright spots with rookie CL Sheriff Tatum & SU Bernie Hodge but they have 2 RP with high 6 ERA's with close to 50 IP.
