I'm not saying you're wrong - the lad hasn't played even a single minute in the Premiership, after all - but that just emphasises the stupidity of the squad selection. WTF is Jenas doing in the squad, for example, if Hargreaves is first-choice backup in central midfield, then Carrick - while you take only 4 strikers: 2 not fit, one who's never played in the top flight, and one who's not really a striker at all. *******

Wow. this might be the first england game i've ever found exciting.

Granted, I'm more of a fan of the south american brand of football and tend to be bored stiff by the preimership...this this, this isn't so bad.
