Its a good place to be from, but not a good place to be.

We routinely had school canceled because the buses couldn't drive on the country roads because of snow blowing across the roads. Kids in my school brought guns in their trucks, not because they were going to kill people, but because they came straight in from hunting to class. I know more people with farms than people with Lexuses.

My Dad was born and raised in rural Minnesota too....and glad to have escaped

That was because someone said that one of the team's were so bad they should fire the manager, and so joking I said well if you think you can do better you should be their manager. That was why.

When somebody asked if I would do an online league, I said no I won't be doing one, but if anyone wanted to do one based on EuroLeague they could take the league file and do it.

oooh. Thats even worse than where I am. They don't even have that many lakes down that way.

But yeah, outside of the Twin Cities and Duluth-not much going on in Minnesota unless you really really love small town life. Its just been a huge shock coming from a city of 400k in mexico to a village of 3.5k in Minnesota.

I just don't want to have to have deadlines, which you have to have to have a popular online league, as I know I wouldn't always meet them.

As I said at the time, if anyone else wanted to run it, they are more than welcome to.
