Its Extra Attacker I know European leagues loan players (and so does NHL teams at times) but dunno if its in the game.

San Antonio should be PCT. 708

There are still actual points but you don't see them in the standings because that's why is called Points Percentage. If you go 8 wins 3 losses and 1 OT that would actually be 17 points(since that adds up to 12 games then it would be 24 possible points). You need points to figure out Points Percentage.

A team that goes 5 wins and 5 losses over 10 games would have the same points percentage as a team that had 0 wins 0 losses and 10 OT. Both would have .500 Points Percentage.

no sorry they don't do point percentage its games won by total games played period.....you are reading way too much in this and that point garbage is for TIE BREAKERS (and its like the 3rd or 4th down anyway)...Now IF you want to get complicated throw out the shootout wins (which has happened since 2011) which leaves the ROW (regulation and overtime wins) your example of the 5-5 and 0-0-10 the 0-0-10 is out while the 5-5 is in. the last number is OT LOSSES again sorry....

The AHL does points percentage(probably the only league that does it) because 5 teams are only playing 68 games while the rest are playing 76 games. That's the only fair way to figure out the standings. In FHM 2 once you expand in the AHL the points percentage system is gone because all the teams will be playing the same amount of games.

When creating a fictional league, is it possible to have the NCAA available to draft players from? Especially a league without a Junior league? I'm finding that the players I can draft are only from Juniors.

Be glad you get rookies from Juniors... if you have fictional they draft almost anyone who is a prospect, regardless if they are another roster... :-<

Its suppose to be by points scored/total points available:

"Teams will receive two points for a win and one point for an overtime or shootout loss. The top four teams in each division ranked by points percentage (points earned divided by points available) will qualify for the 2016 Calder Cup Playoffs, with one exception in each conference: if the fifth-place team in the Atlantic or Central Division finishes with a better points percentage than the fourth-place team in the North or Pacific Division, it would cross over and compete in the other division's bracket."

There's only the 1 major, 1 farm and 1 junior league setup for fictional.

Yeah, that's correct, the game is calculating it wrong. Added to the bug list.

Not possible except to your club's own lower-level teams, e.g. your under-20 team or another team you have a parent/farm relationship with.

Thank you, Jeff! Are there any plans for player loans? I only play in Euro leagues, and I'd love to be able to send out my less useful players so they can prove themselves elsewhere.

Another thing: When I want to sign youth players from my U18 team, they always want a lot of money. A 16yr old goalie wants 200.000$. Is it intended that they want so much, or can I lower that somehow?

And a third question. Can someone tell me how I can change the team names to the proper ones (like "Krefeld Pinguine" instead of "Krefeld Enten")? I'd appreciate it a lot

This is probably a laptop resolution issue where maybe I'm missing some elements on screen. But I can't leave the game screen. Once I enter in to "play" a game, the game ends and I just don't see a button to get outta there.

It seems Commissioner mode doesn't truly allow for the control of each team, so will the game allow me to create 30 head coaches (one for each NHL team) so I can control them? Or is there a limit to how many coaches can be created in a game?

Anybody with an answer for the "Jim Unknown" situation?

Every player in the NHL, AHL and ECHL, after my most recent re-load of my season, is named Jim Unknown now.

They have their previous histories, ages, etc, but now every single player in all three leagues is named Jim Unknown.

I'm playing on a Mac, this was after the first patch, and I bought the game from here on the site.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there anything I can do?

Sounds like something has gotten corrupted in your save, and it's broken the names.dat file that controls the naming in that game.

The easiest way to fix it would be to replace it with a valid names.dat file from another save, by copying it from that folder into the problem one and overwriting the broken names.dat. But it will need to be from a game started with the same game version as the broken save - a newly-created save from after this update won't match properly. If you don't have one, let me know, I can dig through my old saves and find one that should work for you.

There should be an "End Game" button directly below the Play button once the game is finished. It's right at the bottom of the screen, so that may be getting cut off if the game resolution isn't at one that'll work with your screen resolution.
