Yep, time to dust off Ol' Bubba, and bring him out again to share.
When this was written, there were very few narrative-style dynasties. I am pleased to see that they have become the norm. Anyway, for you newer players, I hope you had fun reading this. |

If you're new to the OOTP boards and you haven't read this, you need to fix that quickly. You'll be glad you did.

You still owe for about six hours of lost work one Saturday afternoon when i discovered this dynasty ...
Seriously, this and Pat O'Farrell are the gold standard in my book for best single-player dynasty stories ...

Shameless bump for Bubba and the gang.
I see quite a lot of new faces on the board, and new peeps to subject Bubba on!!!! |

I was reminded of Bubba while watching the Masters last weekend. Glad to see he's coming back.

I read this start to finish. I will be starting my biggest one, set only in the 1900 season on. WHOA, The life and stories of Sean Canfeld, the 7'0 300 pound pitcher. Talk about a good person.

Five years this time...we have many new members that might like this old, corny dynasty.

I have been lurking for years, but I never read the dynasties until recently. Then, this popped up. It is a great read.

Hmm, your recent post in OT Debates bought this old thread to my attention. Think I’ll give it a read.

Thanks!
I was approached to do a novel about ol' Bubba..but ran in to some sticky copyright issues with OOTP, understandably. |
