With two outs and two on in the 11th inning of game seven of the rookie league world series Warrior RF Patsy Donovan connected for a three run HR leading the Warriors to their first world series win in PT23. This is the earliest Coney Island has delivered a championship to its faithful fans.
While a four week run in rookie league isn't anything to brag about it did yield management a bounty of PP. |

The Brooklyn Dynasty pounded Terra Incognita into submission to complete a Word Series win in I-162, taking the series, 4-2. The lopsided triumph was said to finally bring a smile to the dour countenance of Magus. Rumor has it that he was happy for at least an hour.

Fan Favorite Rustler Retires
Terra Incognita's "Iron" Bill Salkeld has called it a career after four seasons as, in the words of General Manager Bob Yamm, "the heart and soul of the Rustlers." The powerful backstop thrilled Terra Incognita's faithful with his remarkable home run power, bashing out 13 two homer games, as well as a three cricuit blast effort in July of 2024. He was voted "Fan Favorite" three times in seasonal balloting by attendees at the Midnight Roundup Corral.
Salkeld will remain with the organization, joining the AAA Kakoola Reapers as manager next year. (Editor's note: Isn't this the best iron card ever? Conrats to Brooklyn for winning one of the two all OL finals tonight. I'm not quite fully organized with everything yet, and should be asleep, so the Mundys trophy will unfortunately have to wait until the first chance I get tomorrow...

Bushwood Caddies Celebrate Bronze League Success
After a 100 win season in the OL Bronze league and a hard fought playoff defeat to the eventual champions, Owner Judge Smales was cautiously optimistic about the future of the team. When asked about the season he had this to say: "It's easy to grin when your ship comes in and you've got the stock market beat. But a man worthwhile is a man who can smile when his pants are too tight in the seat. With that being said I am opening up the Bushwood clubhouse for a half hour tonight so that our players and staff can come and enjoy some food and music." Through a 55 pack run, the Patriots have successfully added a marquee piece to their team. Jackie Robinson walked through the doors of the Black Hole, and has expressed his desire to turn 2B into a literal black hole. A black hole in which no ball escapes into the outfield.
Despite a L10 of 448,000+, Patriots officials do not believe that anyone will look to pay that kind of price, and are confident that Jackie will be manning 2nd base for the New York Patriots for a very long time. |
