Delete his second base rating... and place him in left field so the game will treat him as a left or right fielder... that's what Kenny Willard played... not second base... he will never play for the Blue Sox if you do this... and he is one of the best Blue Sox players.

Just follow my original instructions and changes... make Hank Aaron a better outfielder with better range, better arm and better defense... import him in 1952 if you like... but keep the ratings I posted.

I have a human GM/Manager for the St. Louis Scouts, which will be in the Victory League. Will create a human GM/Manager for the Nashville Blue Sox as well, and they are going to be in the Union League. Both of those teams are part of the overall NABA.

I'll have to work more on the team later, but right now, I have things to do. Thank you for your help so far, and all, in any case, of course. Will write more later. I'll let you know which team names I'll need graphics for in relation to the IPA, and I'll do it privately, so I don't bother too many here, if I can't find usable graphics for them on the forums or elsewhere, I believe. Please stay tuned.

Have a potential player you can add to the IPA when you create the next bunch of rookies, and hopefully their ratings and all won't be too bad, of course, as their career plays out, but we'll have to see. CD out.

Thank you, EC. It was a good day, at least for the most part, I think. However, the test game isn't proceeding completely well for the main team I'm running in it, for they've mainly been a bad team, records-wise. They've still not made the Japan Series in their history of eleven seasons, but they're getting better of late, it seems. They couldn't maintain a lead they had this past season, but if they can get everything to work well enough soon enough, I think they may be able to get past the Osaka Ninjas eventually.

The Osaka Ninjas have won the last four Japan Series titles, including the most recent one. I'll continue the test game at least as long as a certain player's playing career lasts, in any case, I think. He's a two-way player and I'll post some shots of his profile later, when I get a chance, in some thread or another. I don't know if I'll create him for use by one of the teams I'm likely to include in the quickstart, but chances are good that I will, eventually.

I may post his starting data in another thread, using screenshots and all, so you can consider using him in one of your leagues, whether it's the IPA or not. Please watch for me to possibly do that eventually, although I don't know just yet when that might be, to be completely honest with you.

Both parties were rude to you... hopefully, most reasonable people will see it and will support you... it was good to see that one person supported you and he even got the first person to delete his post when he realized that his comment was indeed not necessary.

Please try not to reply any more... it will just get worse if you do.

I would love to defend you in that thread, but it would only make matters worse... we don't want this controversy to get worse and cause problems on the Retro Thread... it's a graphics forum and we need to stay on topic.

Certain team names might be catchy, at least, but no real visual representations of players, et cetera, doesn't make that site appealing enough to me, generally speaking. By the way, that player that I mentioned has doubled up three times on the top batter at a position for a season in that test game of mine, EC. He's got quite a few awards already, but I don't know if he'll ultimately hold certain records by the end of his career. Even though we'll be going into the 1912 season shortly, he now holds the seasonal record for home runs in a 150-game season at fourteen homers as of the end of the 1911 season. He's quite a distance behind the leaders in certain other categories at the moment, and probably will remain so, unless his teams start winning more frequently and all, of course. I don't have graphics made for his team the Yokohama Sailors just yet, but I hope to at least do caps and/or uniforms for them soon, if possible, in any case, along with items for certain other teams that may not yet have all the items they need themselves either.

I'll keep you posted and all, I'm sure, as I can. I think you'd find him an interesting player to perhaps include somehow in your league, if possible, Lord willing and all, EC. CD out.

CD, I have made you a CHRYSANTHEMUM THRONE BASEBALL LEAGUE Primary and Secondary Logo.

I would like to post them in their own thread and see if someone would create something better... mine are just average at best.

I use Paint to create them... they are not scaled well on the Primary Logo... the league name is not aligned well and the lettering is too small... the flower should be larger... it is just a working model to give them some idea of what to do.

Would it be OK to post them and see if one of the good graphics designers might do them for you.

If you don't have a logo for the league, this is better than nothing... it is at least better than what the game would create.

Yes, you can, if you like. The Chrysanthemum Throne is what Japan calls its imperial throne, with its current head Emperor Naruhito, as you may already know quite well by now. Perhaps something like the Imperial seal along with the Imperial Regalia might be good for use in the overall league's logo(s), or in at least one of them, I think.

By the way, both major leagues in this current test game have Triple A-level minor leagues. And I'm thinking about adding Double A-level minor leagues before the 1914 season begins in this test game, so that more players have places to play here. For there are a lot of free agents and/or players in each team's organizations so far.

So far, the Japanese Baseball League has the Premier League as its top-level minor league, while the Chrysanthemum Throne Baseball League has the Bakufu Baseball Organization in a corresponding ranking for it. The Premier League has as its two subleagues the Sea League and the Land League, while the BBO has the Minamoto Clan and the Ashikaga Clan as its two subleagues at present.

The Japanese Baseball League has the Central League and the Pacific League as its two subleagues, and no special work is needed for either of those leagues at this time. The Chrysanthemum Throne Baseball League started in 1910 in this test game, but will begin in 1901, if and when I include it in the quickstart I'm still hoping to get done with eventually, hopefully sooner than later. Its two subleagues are the Tokugawa League and the Meiji League. You saw my request in the Retro thread, and you may repost it verbatim or nearly verbatim, if you like and if you think it appropriate enough, et cetera. The circumstances of the request won't change in any case, I believe, unless others are willing to make edits if needed and all, of course.
