I like the Jazz lettering and the Anashe lettering... but in general your color combinations are not close to anything I would pick... your colors and designs are too weird for me... I don't think they are many real teams that would choose your colors and designs.

I am a traditionalist and like regular baseball jerseys, colors and nicknames... the colors should go together, not clash.

One of the A's on the cap has a sharp spear-like point that should not be there... I think you overdid the color on the trim... back off on it some and that defect will go away.

One last time... be thankful someone will do your request and do not ask for any changes or revisions... do not tell them how you want would like it done... be happy that they will do anything for you.

Just accept what they give you... the only thing you should say is "Thank You".... that's it, period.

In your instructions you told him to do it his way.
If he does it his way, do not tell him how you would have done it.
That will just get you in trouble with the designers.
Many of them don't do revises or changes... they just do it their way and you have to accept it the way it is.

Yes, I did say that. He did say he could change the font if I wanted it to be different, so I told him what fonts I had used before, but left the option of whether to change it/them up to him. He can likewise keep the stripes as they now are or change them as well. I will use whatever he ends up with in any case, I'm sure. Just as I will use whatever rock comes up with, as possible and/or appropriate. CD out.

One last time:
Let the designer do it the way he wants to do it... keep your comments and designs ideas completely out of it.

Post your SIMPLE request... with no complicated instructions... and just accept what they do for you.

CD, you are like me... much, much too picky.
We both need to do our own logos, jerseys and caps.
We can't be pleased by anybody else unless they do it just like we like it.
And that doesn't happen very often.

Accept what they do for you and just thank them... do not post the way you would like it done... and don't request changes or revisions.

You will cause problems on the OOTP Forums if you go back to your old ways of posting.. and people will not like you.,

You almost blew it with Grumpy with your extra comments and revisions... don't be so choosey and picky... just let them do what they want to do and be happy with what you get.

Do not post another thread until the Poltragow Poets have been completed... logos, jerseys and caps.

I hope they will do the logos and caps for you.

I evidently still need at least one logo, however, and I'm hoping it or them will be posted soon, as time permits and all. We'll see.

Grumpy asked how I was able to put the stripes on top of other stripes, and I just posted a brief walkthrough on how to do so, so that he can do so with any other items of that nature that he chooses to do for himself or others. Or anyone else, for that matter, who wants to know or has forgotten how to do so.

I am pleasantly satisfied, or should I say amazed, at the quality of his work here, after he understood better what I was hoping for here. I think he has a bright future here in the design department, if he chooses to try his hand more at designing items for potential use here, either for himself or others.

Be happy with that.

Can't you be satisfied with one set of caps, jerseys and logos?
Once someone does something for you, don't ask them to do more.

The less you post and make comments, the better chance you will have of people doing your requests.

Grumpy knocked it way out of the park with the large logo he just made! Poltragow now complete. Think Anashe will be next, will likely only need one or two logos for them, Eugene, most likely. CD out.

Just use Red and Blue colors... get rid of the Green... in my opinion it does not go with the Red and Blue... in fact, I would say most people would not use the Green with the Red and Blue.
Look how nice the Cap Bill looks... you just used Red and Blue.

Get rid of the Gray part of the hat... use one of the two Blue colors instead.

The "A" looks good... it doesn't have the spike on top of it like the earlier example.

Only ask for ONE primary and ONE secondary logo.

Home Cap and Away Cap.
Many times all you need is one cap for both home and away.
Caps are easy to make... even I can do them pretty well.

Keep your request simple with no special requests... just let them do what they would like... you will have a better chance of them doing it, if they can use their ideas and creativity.

That is well done... colors look good together... the fonts are very nice and well done.
Personally, I like the letter of the town name on both the home and away caps.
I would just put an "M" on both.
That's the tradition way that most teams do it.

But, it's your league... do it your way.
