There are actually some full internationals this season - three games in the European Championships 2008 Qualifying.

And FYR Macedonia took the first points of the qualifying campaign with a 1-0 away win over Estonia in Group E.
Goce Sedloski got the only goal after 73 minutes in Tallinn.

Please do UKHS. It should be a big night of football. The return leg of the finals of the Copa Libertadores is also this evening. Just saw the score. 2-0 England.

Well it is 3-0 now. Greece defended like a pub team for the goal. I think even Barrow may have a chance of scoring against them.
(Btw, I haven't seen much of it, only that goal in fact - radio = friend).

Knowing how much SDPM100 loves Peter Crouch, I am sure that he is raising a toast as we speak.

Lampards goal was an og imo but unless a defender volleys it in his own net from 50 yards they don't give them as og's.

Barrow might yet give you a little happiness this season.

Sport seems more intense when listening on the radio.

I'm guessing you mean on FIFA Rankings, and the answer is no. His first ever goal in an England shirt against Uruguay is the answer. They are currently ranked 14th, Greece are only 32nd.

Half-Time

England 4 - 0 Greece

John Terry 13 min. Header on the edge of the 6 yard box in the middle.

Frank Lampard 30 min. Left hand side of the 6 yard box hit a defenders foot and looped over the goalies head.

Peter Crouch 35, 42 mins. 1st goal rebound from Lampards shot Crouch tucked it in from 3 yards out, 2nd goal from the exact same place as Terry's goal.

Looks like they are responding to some new leadership. After his WC nightmare, good to see Lampard score.

I'm not entirely surprised tbh. Alright not 4-0 at the break, but I thought it might be that at the end.
Greek football is really in the doldrums both at club and international level, with all the problems with government intervention with the FA which caused them to be temporarily suspended by FIFA, and lack of money coming in to the domestic game.

Can't take anything away from England's performance though - "you can only beat what is put in front of you".
