And you might want to send one off to Chisanga who seems to have dropped off the face of the earth.

And Peter Crouch too. Although this one should be a letter of apology.

I don't know his address.

I don't think I'll need to apologise, as I doubt he'll have heard me criticising him.

Btw, 50p for the letter, which did have to be weighed.
Good luck or break a leg or whatever they say for letter writing, should be in the land of Tex by about Thursday maybe even Wednesday.

Thanks.
And yeah, I know that address off by heart now.

Btw, you mentioning Tex, in the first attempt at the final copy I actually put that, I'm so used to writing it.

I see. And I can see why he chose that nickname as well, as the teams he play with think he must be a magnet as they always try and pass it to him.

Seriously, I think Crouch can be an example for all. Looking at him, the last place you would expect him would be in sport. I am sure he was brutally teased about his looks too. But he persevered. He took relentless criticism about his game the last few years and didnt give up. I think he deserves a little credit.

I see Crouch had another great display against a top team at the weekend, he simply cannot play or score against top opposition.

I think Liverpools lack of good midfield play might have had a small contribution to that.

That sounds eerily familiar to me, except for the giving up bit which is different in my case.

But yeah, fair enough he deserves credit for persevering and getting in the national team.

Doesn't bother me what he looks like he could be 4ft tall and 700lbs for all I care but he just can't play top class football, also his height helps him as imo they look at him with his height and that he should be able to head and hold the ball up but he's not that good at either, if he was say 5ft 10in nobody would buy him, it's his height that get's him where he is.

I dont think he is strong enough to hold the ball. He also seems to have some intangible benefits on the pitch as other players respond to him. Or am I getting this wrong?

Not finished it yet, tbh I forgot about it but his run down of scoring against the top clubs in England is.

Man Utd 6 games 1 goal
Arsenal 4 games 1 goal
Chelsea 11 games 1 goal
Liverpool 1 game 1 goal

4 goals in 22 games is dreadfull for a forward.

I wonder how Michael Owen, Emule Heskey and Wayne Rooney fared in the same time frame?

SDPM..I have an interesting new Barrow challenge for you.

Premise: You are a wealthy person who wants to turn Barrow into a powerhouse.

You:

Invest heavily in the training grounds and youth programs so that they are now 12.

Expand your stadium to 40,000.

Load all Euro and all other major soccer playing nations.

Infuse no cash into the program demanding that the team make a profit as well.

Can you make them a mid-level EPL side in time?

I just don't feel like writing another dynasty at the moment. And as I didn't even finish the other two, I doubt I could finish this as well.
