I did it this morning, and then had trouble uploading it. The board has been really weird the last 2-3 weeks being down frequently. But here it is.

Is this being worked on at all? Would love to be able to use team unis, colors and what not in my template im making

No, I don't have a ZIP file, and I don't intend on creating one, at least not now. Doubtful I get back in OOTP mode until February or so.
