Edit- forgot this:

Not sure if I like that or not, That is just 8 months since EA learned they could not make a MLB game anymore.

Wow, I'm totally going to grab this if there's a PC release.

Disappointed when I found out it was $29.99. I thought the price point was discussed at $19.99 at one time. I don't think I will buy it at that price. I have been playing the crap out of MLB 2k5 World Series Edition for XBOX. I love the Pennant Fever mode, which gives real standings as of Aug 1 and lets you play out the real pennant races. I am trying to keep the A's from fading.

This comes out on Thursday if I'm not mistaken.

I'll pay $30, what the hell.

I preordered it and should get it by the weekend...depending on UCF's mail facilities.

I just burned my lunch period to go out and buy it. Neither Target or WalMart had the game. They all looked at me like I had two heads. I'll have to go to GameSpot after work.

This game really suffers without a real game to export the players into. If there was an MVP game to pair with this, I would be on my way to the store to pick this up right now.

The only reason I'm interested is because of the stadium editor... I would have rather seen them go the fictional baseball route rather than college.

The stadium editor is pretty hot. That's one of the things that has me considering this.

It seems like this might be a case of #2-but-working-harder; EA knows they can't compete with real MLB games on the surface and they realized they had to make a far superior game to get any attention.

But I just can't get over the feeling that college baseball is useless without somewhere for the players to go. Four years and see ya.

Maybe you can make them managers!

Or umpires. Or those guys who guard the bullpen from line drives.

Very dissapointing that it doesn't have multi-player franchise
