That's my man...LGO...he really has character...didn't even vote for his own logo...he just appreciates a really well done and thought out logo.

I went back and looked at all of them...if I requested a San Antonio Tejanos...and got just one of these logos...any one of them...I would be happy...

And we got about 15 very fine logos to choose from.

That's what this is all about...getting a lot of fine logos to choose from...not who is the best logo designer.

What? Did anyone here vote for his own logo? Pretty cheap.

I'm going with #8 again. In my opinion, the best logo Cuss has posted here by far. A top-notch concept and a top-notch design. I've already talked about #17 in another thread: awesome in a different aspect. Classy one.

No sweat, I respect your opinion and you are entitled to make yourself heard. However based from your quote it almost seemed like you are saying that the people who chose #8 picked the "wrong" answer, just because #8 is not to your own specifications. Therefore my post here . I might have wrongfully interpreted your quote, if so I appologize. Anyways, I never mentioned #8 is my logo so it could be anyone else's at this point.

But I am not taking this personally whatsoever.

It's funny you should say that, as I've been picking partly on what fits with my OOTP. I use EJ's wonderful MLB2004 set, and No. 8 was the easiest for me to adapt to his style for game-use.

No, no I am sorry. You did a great job and I love the logo. Nobody would be wrong in voting for yours. I just felt number 2 did a better job for the contest purposes. I think I would have picked yours outside of this contest. You are truly gifted. If you feel like earning some money I have a little job for you.

I went with number eight. I liked a lot of them, especially LGO's second one, which I think really captures the city very well. In the end, I just felt number eight was the most professional logo, and I could see it being a minor league logo easily. Kudos to all of you for your efforts. As EC said, the main thing here is that so many fine logos were created for the community to use.

Well I know this is a baseball game. But I don't need a baseball in the logo to know it's a baseball team. These logos are outstanding, I hope everybody that has been going keeps it up, even if your not a weekly winner, You can only vote for one and there are several i would vote for if I could, hell I had to vote by coin flip in the prelim of round 2
