FastLane...your Admirals is superb...with those signal flags spelling out "Admirals"...that is pure genius.
I just saw it as I was comparing your Richmond to LGO's. I had skipped over it before. You are not far from the old master LGO's level. Being very, very picky and critical, I think his is better than yours because your lettering is a little blurred probably because red trimmed in blue tends to blurr together...I have had that happen on many of my red/blue requests and now ask for white trim to separate them...otherwise yours is excellent..and quite creative in the way you worked the rebel flag into the "R"...LGO always makes visibly very clear and very distinct logos...he really is a perfectionist in his logos and his schedules. He may be a Hall of Famer, but you are an All-Star headed that way. Last edited by Eugene Church; 12-05-2004 at 08:32 AM. |

I've always liked that Outlaws logo...
...you've been on such a roll, Knuckler, we should all just call you Butter!

This is one fine logo set...
That Black Sox is one mean looking creature. I would hate to be on the mound and face him. And the Bulldog logo looks like the "M" is part of his legs...truly well-designed. |

Knuckler...
I like that Green Sox logo...Buuuuut...
I would suggest a white border around the sock OR a slightly lighter shade of blue for the background. Those two colors really bleed into one another and I think it needs something to break it up a bit.

Agree with FastLane...I think it is good to separate 2 dark colors with white trim...I have had very good logos that had red on blue...or blue on red...or dark on dark...and they would blurr together on OOTPB midsized screens...they looked good on the larger screen, but not on the midsized one.
Lettering and images look much better when trimmed in a contrasting color. |

I think this only leaves the Cleveland Aces, provided that all of the logos are ok.

Nice work, Knuckler...
I was working on one for the Sluggers, too... But then I kinda got sidetracked by another idea, so I dropped my progress on the Sluggers logo and immediately knocked 3 other logos...LOL.
Sometimes, you get that inspiration and it really gets ya goin! Anyways, great job on the Slugs, Knuck! *This message was brought to you by the letter, G*

Hey Kaline!
I think, if I'm counting correctly, that all your logo requests on this thread have been filled. If for any reason you aren't satisfied with one and would like a revision please let me know. I would be willing to try to get any that you want redone to your approval.

Very good Sluggers, knuckler...excellent figure and colors...like that curved lettering, too.
Keep that image on file...It would be great for one of my fictional teams. |

I thought he still needed an Aces?
Thanks for the feedback on the Sluggers guys. I was a tad worried with the different placement of the names. I'll defintely edit it to match anything you need Danny. Last edited by knuckler; 12-08-2004 at 02:37 AM. |

...IF I was counting correctly...
...and again, I'm proven wrong....LOL. Ok. So, we need to get an Aces knocked out. Wanna flip for it?

Hehe..
I didn't mean it like that, I was more worried that I had missed it somewhere in this thread.
