OOTP Origin Maker - Page 3

I completed the first version of my OOTP Origin Generator. Feel free to give it a try..

It will add the city name to any player that only has the default country name as their origin. Each season, it will automatically modify the rookies' origins without adjusting the veterans' origins.

If you have any questions/comments/troubles let me know. Thanks!

The file size is ~170kb.. I can email it to anyone who wants it...

I just used this origin maker on my fictional league and I am very happy with it. It's simple to use and adds more of an identity to my players. Thanks Dave.

While this utility isnt perfect, it sure is a start. There are still too many players from the major cities, but at least you dont have to type in a new one for each person in the league.

Oh, I agree.. I just used the data from BlueTurf's Origin Maker.. The data files can easily be modified as well.. They will open in Notepad fine... I just didn't have a chance to really research it too much.. One thing though, often, a player will be listed from a city, but actually be from a suberb of the city.. but I know what you are saying and agree totally.. One day, I will try to modify the settings better..
