I see you have the checkmark file. So the issue is only either it can't find your league file or for some reason the dates aren't jiving.

If your league file is not in the same directory as your php file then you need to change line 172 to point to your league file.

If your league file is in the same directory, temporarily remove the // from lines 173,181,185,189 and I could see more what is going on.
