Not my best week but I'm still hovering around my starting point of $500.
Week 16 Net +/-: -$65 Week 17 Total Bankroll: $470 Dallas(-6.5) at Washington - WON - (Cowboys by 7) This will probably be a high scoring game which I assume fits into the Cowboys playstyle.($5) ($485) Minnesota(+6) vs. Detroit - WON - (Vikings by 13) Minnesota has actually won 3 in a row.($5) ($490) Kansas City(+12.5) vs. Denver - WON - (Broncos by 7) Denver tends to play games close rather than blowing people out even if they should.($5) ($495) LA Chargers(-2.5) vs. Houston LOSS - (Texans by 4) Should be a good game but home field may be the difference. ($5) ($490) Green Bay(-2.5) vs. Baltimore - LOSS - (Ravens by 17) The Ravens haven't been in great form recently. ($50) ($440) Cleveland(+3.5) vs. Pittsburgh - WON - (Browns by 7) The Steelers may struggle on the road and without DK Metcalf.($5) ($445) New England(-13.5) at NY Jets - WON - (Patriots by 32) This is one the Pats need to put away.($5)($450) Tennessee(+2.5) vs. New Orleans - LOSS - (Saints by 8) Two teams that are bad but improving, should be a close game at least. ($5) ($445) Jacksonville(-6.5) at Indianapolis - LOSS - (Jaguars by 6) The only thing I can see that the Colts have going for them is that it's at home($50)($395) Miami(+5.5) vs. Tampa Bay - WON - (Dolphins by 3) The Bucs are on a freefall. ($5) - ($400) Seattle(-7.5) at Carolina - WON - (Seahawks by 17) The Seahawks have a lot at stake in a fight for the #1 seed.($50) ($450) Cincinnati(-7) vs. Arizona - WON - (Bengals by 23) The Bengals are showing signs of life since getting Burrow back. ($20) ($470) NY Giants(+1.5) at NY Jets - WON - (Giants by 24) Who wants the #1 pick more?($5) ($475) Buffalo(-1.5) at Philadelphia - LOSS - (Eagles by 1) A great matchup on paper, Buffalo probably needs the win more since the Eagles clinched.($5) - ($465) San Francisco(-3) vs. Chicago - WON - (49ers by 4) Another good game, but I made the mistake of betting against the 49ers last week($5)($470) LA Rams(-7.5) at Atlanta - LOSS - (Panthers by 3) Just on the basis that it's the best conference versus the worst. ($20) ($450) Edit: Moving the Patriots/Jets game from $50 to $5 due to multiple Pats injuries. Last edited by monkeyman576; 12-31-2025 at 08:09 PM. |

Evidently I am destined to finish the season right about where I started.
Week 17 Net +/-: -$20 Week 18 Total Bankroll: $450 Carolina(+2.5) at Tampa Bay: WON - (Bucs by 2) The Bucs are in the midst of one of the biggest end of season freefalls in NFL history?($5) ($455) Seattle(-1.5) at San Francisco - WON - (Seahawks by 10) Reports are CMC is not at 100%($100) ($555) Cincinatti(-7) vs. Cleveland - LOSS - (Browns by 2) showing he wants to be a full time QB but the Bengals are clicking on offense. ($10) ($545) Houston(-10.5) vs. Indianapolis - LOSS - (Texans by 8) Texans defense may make them a tough team in the playoffs but can they score enough?($20) ($525) Dallas(-3.5) at NY Giants - LOSS - (Giants by 17) Probably a toss up for two teams that underperformed this year but I'll go with Prescott.($5) - ($520) Atlanta(-3) vs. New Orleans - LOSS - (Falcons by 2) Will probably be a close game will go with the home team as default($5) ($515) Green Bay(+7) at Minnesota - LOSS - (Vikings by 13) I get the Vikings are at home but this seems like the Packers should be more respected here($20) - ($495) Tennessee(+12.5) at Jacksonville - LOSS - (Jaguars by 34) The Jags should win but they don't really have any incentive to run up the score. ($5) ($490) Arizona(+7.5) at LA Rams - LOSS - (Rams by 17) - The Rams have been underperforming the last couple weeks($5) ($485) LA Chargers(+12.5) at Denver - LOSS - (Broncos by 16) - The Broncos have been playing closer games this season($5) ($480) Kansas City(-5.5) at Las Vegas - LOSS - (Raiders by 2) - Only because the Raiders are that bad.($5) ($475) Miami(+10.5) at New England - LOSS - (Patriots by 28) - I feel like there will be closer games the last week of the regular season($5)($470) Philadelphia(-4.5) vs. Washington -:LOSS - (Commanders by 7) - The spread has been getting smaller(started at -7.5) so maybe a deal here?($5) ($465) Chicago(-3) vs. Detroit - LOSS - (Lions by 3) Will probably be close but Chicago fighting for playoff position($5) ($460) Buffalo(-7) vs. NY Jets - WON - (Bills by 27) Buffalo has been up and down this season but Jets are pretty bad so just going with the odds.($5) ($465) Pittsburgh(-3) vs. Baltimore - LOSS - (Steelers by 2) Don't like to bet against the Steelers at home in cold weather.($5)($460) Last edited by monkeyman576; 01-05-2026 at 12:02 AM. |

On to the playoffs! Congrats to my seahawks on the #1 seed.
Week 18 Net +/-: +$10 Wild Card Round Bankroll: $460 LA Rams(-10) at Carolina - The Panthers are overmatched but sometimes playoff games can be close even when they shouldn't be. ($5) Chicago(+1.5) vs. Green Bay - The first meaningful playoff game in Chicago in years. ($5) Buffalo(-1.5) at Jacksonville - The Jaguars are a nice story but I think Josh Allen is too good. ($10) Philadelphia (-3.5) vs. San Francisco - The 49ers offense really struggled against Seattle. ($20) LA Chargers(+3.5) at New England - The Pats will benefit from home field advantage and cold weather but they are new to the playoffs without Brady and it will be a close game.($20) Houston(-3) at Pittsburgh - The Texans have a dominant defense.
