The Dolls swept the Hunny Bears at the 100-Acre Woods on May 19, 20, and 21st. Tomorrow is an off day before a 3-game home series against the Keokuk Outlaws. All-Star voting also begins tomorrow as well.

The Dolls swept the Outlaws at home. The next series will be against the Philadelphia Bobbies in Philly. The Bobbies lost 2 of their last 3 games, likely due to catcher Clara Bow taking a few days off after what reports described as needing some time to clear her head to deal with a personal issue. Her position was fielded temporarily by Birdie Cree, who didn't actually do all that bad at it.

I can officially say the Old Dolls are playing like a TEAM, winning 15 consecutive games following this sweep of the Philadelphia Bobbies, who were pushed down in the standings as a result of the losses we just handed them.

The Dolls are now 43-11, and are now locked in a 3-way tie for 1st place in the entire league, with the Toronto Noot-Noots and New York Knickerbockers.

We have 1 series left this month, at home against the Dalton Freaks.

And so we keep it going! Another sweep keeps our winning streak alive! We are now 46-11, tied for 1st place with the New York Knickerbockers as the Toronto Noot-Noots were knocked down one spot following a loss to the Garden City Cottontails.

The Dolls hitting streak is still alive and well, reaching 21 GAMES now!!! The New York Knickerbockers have also been keeping their streak alive as well, as we are still tied for 1st place in the entire Playhouse League with them with a 49-11 record.

Our regular center fielder Dude Esterbrook has unfortunately been injured, suffering from bone chips in his elbow after a freak accident during the game on June 1st. He is expected to miss 2-3 months and his position will be filled by Pierrot the Clown, the 16-year-old backup man.

We will take a day to travel on the 4th and will be in Garden City for the next series on the 5th. The First-Year Player Draft will also be taking place tomorrow as well. The Dalton Freaks get the first pick.

Well, it's official, the Dolls have swept the Knickerbockers and with that, our record is now 55-11 and we are now in 1st place in the entire Playhouse League! Our winning streak continues, now up to 27 games!

The Dolls will be heading west to San Francisco to face the San Francisco Seals tomorrow.

Well I jinxed us with that last statement.... we won the first game against the Dancing Mice but lost the second one, but won the third. Our winning streak was snapped at 34 games as we took a 3-6 loss on June 19th.

We will be heading back to Milford tomorrow for a series against the Worcester Ruby Legs at home.

Also in the news: Steve King of the Boston Babies, who had been injured in spring training did not play a game all year until last week, and he has been doing pretty well. He ranks as the #53 top prospect in the entire Playhouse League.
