That could be due to several reasons. Personality clashes and or Role clashes could likely both slow down chemistry or speed it up if they don't clash.

Is Classic Mode still available in FHM 10

Hi - can you still play/sim all your games in Classic Mode. I'm not interested in the 2D side of things.

Cheers

Classic mode is still in there - though if just sim games, you can still do that in 2D without needing to watch the games.

Hopefully the day can come where there will be only one sim mode. I play in 2D and really dislike when the classic simulator has better (more realistic stats). It has gotten better over the last couple of versions but there always seems to be anomalies in specific stat categories that almost always favor the classic simulator.

The discrepancy between stats usually comes from your games being simmed in one engine and the rest of the leagues in another, the default setting (for speed of processing reasons) is your games in 2D and then the rest of the league in Classic. I'd recommend switching to your whole league in 2D and seeing how the stats shake out for that one. I think Jeff has hinted before at moving away from the Classic engine eventually or that it no longer gets a lot of the new features retrofitted to it when they're implemented in the 2D engine, so we will have to see.

This has already been happening. Even this year, the Rover (for instance) is 2D Engine exclusive.

I think there's a LOT of work that needs to be done to how the 2D engine plays, appears (that ice deterioration colouring, shape of the actual rink) and the user interface before they contemplate moving away from the classic sim.

Obviously, I can't judge 2D in FHM10 just yet but I haven't been able to take to it at all in previous editions.
