I like names base on geography, culture and history of the town. I like traditional names for teams... I like the name, it is weird, but not stupid. Someone worked really hard to find an unusual (meaningless, yes) odd thing about baseball, you run the bases counterclockwise. Does this have any real significance? No. Is it tenuously related to horseracing, which apparently also goes counterclockwise? I guess. But I like it more than the angry cartoon logos in the other link, muscular dogs snarling potatoes. No.
The "counter" text should not be aligned clockwise, though  the whole text should run counterclockwise

What I really dislike is the little grimacing triangle mouth that is on every recent minor leauge logo, regardless of species or concept. The Altoona Curve, the Savannah Bananas. I've replaced so many teams in my game
