Also delete the wrong ones in .../data/saved_games/<NAMEOFYOURGAME>.lg/news/html/images/person_pictures. They will be redone as well.

Thanks everyone. I do in fact see other bad images in the location specified. I will try deleting these and let you know if I see it happen again.
