No, because especially in the top half of the inning the road team shouldn't immediately spike in WP because of that runner. A road team that comes up to bat in the top of the 10th with the Manfred runner has roughly a 50% chance to win. A road team that comes up to bat in the top of the 10th with no Manfred Runner and then hits a leadoff double has a significantly higher than 50% chance to win.

I am quite certain that the WP graphs are looking at that latter scenario since in extra innings the road team always gets a huge spike of WP at the start of every inning, then the home team gets a big spike in the other direction when the bottom half starts.

You're the Math Bandit, can you explain to me why this is? Because I can't wrap my head around it. To me, the two situations are the same, you would have the same run expectancy with a runner on second and no outs regardless of how the baserunner got there.

Or is it because there is a "guaranteed" runner on second to start the bottom half of the inning that isn't being taken into account?

I don't know if it's available right now or not but I've searched the best I could but couldn't find what I'm interested in and it's a valuable tool even for managers in IRL MLB games'


I would LOVE to see STATS on how a player performs in a certain spot in the batting order (lineup) ie: Like what are Tatis, Jr batting stats while batting lead-off or 3rd in lineup, cleanup, 5th in lineup...etc. I have searched for this so much & can't find it unless I'm just blindly missing it. I know others must have had these thoughts before. I don't even know if it's possible

This has been in the game for at least a few years if not longer. Don't have the game open right now but it's in the menus of your batter's screen where you can sort stats. In that dropdown you'll find sorts for position in order, among many others and, I think, can even add secondary sorts like "with 2 outs, early in game, late in game, etc.".

There are similar sorts on the pitcher's screen.

Some "extra stats" like this are also available in the stats>team stats tab, though very limited. The new "sortable team stats" for v23 should fix that.

Is there a list of players with the most championship rings? If not that, as well as a stat that shows how many man games each team has lost to injury.

There needs to be Manager to GM interaction, especially in the manager only game. I should be able to relay my plans and needs to the GM when I play in manager mode. Until you're able to do so, I don't really think manager only is worth playing.

I don't care what year this could be added, to be honest. I think it would be neat, that's all.

I would like to play an entire season (or lifetime of seasons) using real players and real histories, and let the AI play every game out, BUT I want to have a rotisserie baseball pool operating based on the results.

Show the updated stats of the rotisserie league every day, allow trades, do the draft, etc. Have real or AI participants, etc, behaving like every other rotisserie league today.

Choosing this option would mean that the user would be completely shut out of the league operations, those would run entirely on their own, but the user would have total control of the rotisserie league, run in tandem.

Fix graphics to do 3 things: A) show OF robbing hime runs, B) show the play play out instead of skipping to the next batter when the computer asks if you want to send a runner, and C) more clearly shiw the pitchers pitch where the curveball curves and the slider breaks, and the sinker sinks, and the cutter cuts.

2. Multi team trades with no limits on how many players are included in the trade.

3. Why in my seasons the owner sometimes hilds to the budget and other times you can spend way iver the budget? It should be a hard budget shouldn't it?
