When I tried disabling it last night I had to immediately turn it back on. The standings page really hurt my eyes with it disabled.

OK, a little update. So, yesterday we released a new beta build to our testers, and that one worked like a charm for everybody who had problems before. We still have one weird issue on our AMD test PC, but it only happens when you force it to (moving the game windows while it is loading the skin at startup), so it is not a big deal.

We will now do one last beta build, and if that is fine, we will release it to the public tomorrow. Hopefull this will end the week on a happy note

These images are taken with the dark skin. They may be less obvious with other skins and that could explain why you don't see much change.

Yes, that was exactly it. I use the classic skin and with that, I needed to be looking for and concentrating on the difference. Same with the blue skin. It was only with the dark skin that I could notice the difference right away.

All the more reason, then, that it stays off because it really does not add very much at all while it could be slowing things down. Thanks, Orcin.

Alright, the 19.8.79 patch has been launched! It fixes the performance issues some users have been seeing with an AMD CPU and it speeds up the game & interface on all other systems, too
