I am merely saying the strength of the union provides another challenge in the process. I watch golf so I have no particular bias against players selling their wardrobe to someone who is willing to pay. With all of that said I do not look for ads on unis for awhile.

How does the strength of the PGA Tour Players Union affect the likelihood of players selling advertising space on their uniforms? I know this is an old discussion but the answer to my question is very important I am appealing to the admin. Please approve my post,Thanks

Wholeheartedly agree!

To be honest it doesnt really bother me.
What i hate is the moving images at the bottom of a screen during a game like that fox robot during a football game.
I would like to be able to bring up the score and down when i want.
If i know the score then i dont need to see it a whole drive or at bat.

Those ads are probably cost some big bucks to be there.
Expensive players dont get paid by summer jobs.
I dont think fans have enough to pay all the salaries so if an ad can bring in some income the better.
I would rather the signs change a bit more.

Looking at the first two pages again, hey, surprise, we got ad patches on the uniforms now!

I'm doing great with ads. They don't even register anymore with me. As soon as the game goes to break my head zones out.

Sometimes it doesn't zone in anymore when the game resumes, though.

One thing that bugs me, and I'm probably in the minority, is the camera angle this season of Blue Jays games that focuses on the umpire's butt during a crucial pitch. My kids howl whenever that happens because we want to see the actual play at the plate. Whose bright idea was that?

As for adverts during the game, maybe MLB is trying to annoy folks into actually going to the games...
