I cared about this issue. I really cared. Why?
![]() The lark. The lark. About to take wing, never to be seen again in The Game's universe. ![]() Unless two of youse guys vote for the Alouettes and youse other guys stop voting for those darned Expos!

Heh. This to the guy who just voted for the Expos, making it a two-vote margin again:
![]() [Just kidding around about all of this. Although, I am inspired now to create a Montreal Alouettes ball club in my own league! ]

Two to tie, three to swing. Crazy voter turnout in this one.

That's because I kept bumping the thread with my nonsense. The Game should send me a free copy of OOTPB 18, or something.

Expos win. They will play in Lablatt Field. Aloutees will appear in my ABF league but no til around 2015, I'm in 2000 now.I'll probably make Moises Alou the MGR, Ramon Martinez the PC, Larry Walker GM, Chris Widger BC. I'll also see which former Expos are in my game currently. 3 pages worth of Canadian born coaches. 92 pages overall.

I was just thinking about this thread, and here it is again!
One person just voted for the Alouettes, as TheMaus mentioned. Yet, The Game has declared the Expos as winners. Still, could those election returns be overturned if we get more votes for the Alouettes? Oh . . . Alouette, gentille alouette, Alouette, je te plumerai. [Little skylark, lovely little skylark, Little skylark, I'll pluck your feathers off.] Nice song, isn't it?

Oh, you're right. I see the poll is now closed. Well, it really is over, but . . .
Given doubts these days about voting irregularities, can this razor-thin margin be considered final? Can these results be deemed "legitimate"? No, I'm sorry. In good conscience, without a re-poll, I cannot consider the Expos to be my Montreal team. Gee, I hope The Game has another one of these polls soon so we can have lots of fun again!

Charlotte to AL East, Portland to AL West, Montreal and Havana to NL East, Cubs switch to NL West.
