When simming go to manager options and uncheck the box that stop the sim if you receive a PM or trade proposal. Use that with do not disturb and you will get to the next season quickly.

Indont have a problem with it stopping for a PM or trade just not the 35 yo 25 mil a year contract dudes who cant hit. I should be able to say not interested. This has been in ootp for the past 3-4 versions wonder why it hasnt snuck its way into mlb manager
