I just saw my last name in OOTP but I was playing a random debut league! I didn't know a Shinners played in the MLB. Awesome.

Using Skydog's NABL and I just noticed that a guy named Jerry Sperling is leading the Eastern Circuit in saves. Pretty cool. Don't think I've ever seen a Sperling before.

I see my last name fairly regularly, but then since there have been seven guys in the MLB named Wolf that's how it should be.

According to OOTP itself, OOTP MLB play (modern and historical) outnumbers OOTP fictional play three to one.

Five thousand thanks for a non-modder? I never thought I'd see the day. Thank you for your support.

There was a guy named Rob Sperring that played briefly from 74 to 77 for the Cubs and Astros. That's probably the closest to Sperling.
