I was planning on waiting, but when I saw the new record book I just couldn't pass up the great deal.

I've been buying OOTP for several versions, but never really made it to the forums until last year. It is really nice to see so many of features people asked for get implemented!

My first post!

I started playing OOTP 8 FREE a week ago, and decided to buy OOTP 10. Then I saw Markus's posts on this forum about OOTP 11, and that a pre-order discount would be coming soon for OOTP 11. So I thought I'd wait and pre-order OOTP 11.

Got the OOTP Developments newsletter today, and immediately pre-ordered OOTP 11.

Marcus, will the game tell us when the rules change? Because as I recall, OOTP doesn't currently tell you when the DH is being brought in, for instance, and it's a bit of a pain if you don't remember when you go into 1973.

In-game control over base runners; will you try to have your runner score from first on a double in the gap?

I missed this in OOTPX. I might have to pre-order again?
