I do. From the sounds of things, I will be changing to the corrected version that will be coming out. My question is that I am not sure how to make your stadium photo show up during the game. Any help would be great.

Thanks,

Great - thank you for your willingness to get this fixed.

Thanks,
They should just show if installed correctly into an MLB league. Is it just one ballpark or all of them?

I am sure it is user error. I will try the process again. Thanks for the help.

There may be 6 teams that won't show. The two Chicago, LA, and NY teams. You can either rename the images or the team name to match.

I named them like this... Chicaco_(AL)_White_Sox and the MLB quickstart names them without the (AL).

These are excellent. Have you considered creating them for classic fields, such as the Polo Grounds, Old Comiskey, or Ebbets Field?

Thanks. These are excellent! Have you thought about making versions for other past parks, such as Ebbets field or Old Comiskey?

I'd love to see parks from the past as well.

Is there a way to edit all the player coordinates for all the MLB parks at the same time. Like edit one and have it mass fix them all? I see "Assign coordinates and ball locations to all parks" but I'm not sure if the ball locations are different for each park. Can someone please let me know.

I'm using the highest resolution and the player coordinates are off.

What resolution were these designed for?

Well, yes, that's exactly what that button does... The problem is if you do that, then the ball locations won't always be correct for the other ballparks, since the images are all a bit different.

Hey MizzouRah....

If you go into the edit screen for the ballparks, you'll see that no matter what resolution you have the game set for, you only edit in the default resolution. In-game, Markus has code which changes the locations of the players and location codes appropriately.

Unfortunately, some of his calculations need tweaking, and I've entered a bug in the database for it. Hopefully he'll address it in a future patch.

In my testing (up to 1440x900), the problems tend to be in right field, while the other locations look pretty good.

The player coordinates readme included with the parks has different player position coordinates than what the parks.dat has - so those have to be changed in the game and assigned to the rest of the parks as well.

Oh, well, those are justafans coordinates that came with the original set of images. I didn't use them when I made my modifications, I used my own.
