same teams still open.
The Royals auto pick gave them Santana and the Royals lead the Central.
The Blue Jays lead the AL West
The Giants have a pitching staff of the future already started

We just reached the playoffs for our second season. We've collected a great group of extremely active owners, and the participation in this league has been intense! This is *definitely* among the best recalc leagues on the internet. Check out the web site at: http://www.swinginsyringes.net/

The only team open right now is the Toronto Blue Jays. They have a very strong nucleus of youth to build around, which includes Ben Sheets, Garrett Atkins, Nick Swisher, Reed Johnson, and Bobby Higginson.

Anyone interested in joining should send an email to swinginsyringes@gmail.com (note only one 'g' in swingin) with the following information.....
  • your full name
  • the date of birth you want displayed in the league file
  • the password you want to use to access the league file
  • your AIM account name

"Syringes" is a humorous reference to steroids?

I'm sure it's a good league. I just didn't understand the "Syringes" part of its name. I figured it was a medical reference, but it puzzled me until today, when I realized it was probably a steroid thing.

Is that Yankees alone or are the previously mentioned teams still available? I'd be interested in hopping on board, but I'd have a rough time rooting for my team if they're the Yankees. Let me know, I'm very experienced in OOTP and coming off about a 6 month hiatus and very hungry for some OOTP.

Haha, can't blame you there.

In addition to the Yanks, the available teams are the Cubs, Giants, and Blue Jays.

I've noticed your posts on the boards before and would be extremely interested in adding you to the league, so please check out the teams and see if there's one you like.

If you'd like to join, please email swinginsyringes@gmail.com with your full name, the date of birth you want displayed in the league file, and the password you want to use to log into the league file.
