Looks like just about any version of the game can be found here.

http://ootpdevfiles.com/ootp/ I downloaded the OOTP2006 setup and then then patch.

Pretty friggin' pathetic the official website doesn't even archive the older patches.

Just about sums up SI's attitude toward the 2006 version really.
