It gets to be almost surreal when you are receiving insane email/PM's from someone who isn't coherent, can't write well, doesn't have English as their first language, and who is hopping mad about something that he can't quite explain to you and doesn't quite seem to understand but is nonetheless quite sure must be your fault.

My advice is help those who need help, ignore those who want to rant for no purpose, and dispatch problem people cooly and calmly. 99% of the opinions in this world can be safely ignored and most things aren't worth losing sleep over.
