For the most part yes, I have 16 leagues formed right now but some of them cover very large areas so I may expand it to about 20 or so, still thinking about it. I don't have all the information I've stored about the league in front of me right now but in a few hours I'll post what I have so far,

Well I know I said a few hours but here are the 16 leagues I have:

United States
Japan
South America
Central America
Carribean
Canada
Korea
Australia
Africa
British
Scandanavian
Middle East
West Europe
East Europe
Mediterranean
South Asian

I'm thinking about breaking up the European leagues and giving a few countries their own leagues as well as the South Asian league into 3 leagues which would be the Chinese, Indian, and then I'd have to put the rest into a league.

Same thing with South America, thinking about breaking that up into a few smaller leagues. Just not quite sure yet. I do have the Korean, Japanese, and Canadian leagues fully planned.
