You should be able to check in your "Team Setup" screen if you manage the Rockies, there you will see the park effects for the stadium.

There's a big long thread here about how park effects work on hitters and pitchers, but the long and short of it is, that most roster sets come with the park effects all over 100% in Colorado, so you'll see increased offense.

Most managers of Rockies teams seem to go after high movement pitchers to try and counter the effect, but, you probably just want to get the best pitchers you can.
