I wouldn't mind it if not for the fact that we have great HR hitters that WANT to be in it, mostly from the Dominican, sitting out, while guys like Pudge (notice how they listed his career HR at the start instead of this year's like the others?) and Hee Sop are in.

I agree, I think a play-in would be quite fun. During the day (not televised or on ESPN2) where invited players play to get into the homerun derby.

Then guys like Morneau and Tejada have a chance to play. Each team should have one representative...just kidding.
